Technical update 0.11.7, SVDS and other new weapons and equipment, more than 100 new weapon attachments in Escape from Tarkov

Main goals of the 0.11.7 update are: optimization of in-game locations, improving AI behavior algorithms, various bug fixes and fixes for the most common issues which are causing freezes and desyncs.
