Dear Players,
The round of test for "Arena Breakout: Infinite" has now concluded, and the servers have officially shut down. As this was an exclusive beta trial, all associated game data is scheduled for deletion within the coming 30 business days.
Ever since we released the first official announcement on STEAM, our game has garnered over 1 million on our Wishlist. We're very thankful to our vibrant community for your constant support and the suggestions that have helped us fine-tune and elevate our game. Your enthusiasm and input are the driving forces behind our continuous improvements.
Seizing this moment, we would like to share our upcoming plans and address the concerns that are frequently on the minds of our players.
Q1: Further Update Plans and Launch Milestones
We've been thrilled by the enthusiastic response and the flood of questions from our players. Your energy and support are greatly appreciated. Our team is fully dedicated to refining the game based on feedback from our test and is actively expanding the game with fresh experiences, including the introduction of new weapons, new maps, and continuous improvement of the QOL systems.
We're working hard to ensure that these updates are released for your enjoyment at the earliest opportunity. For further information, please visit our official social channels and stay connected for updates you won't want to miss!
Q2: About Game Fairness and Subsequent Anti-Cheat Measures
ABI maintains a strict stance against any breaches of in-game rules and activities that compromise the game's integrity. To date, we have established a robust anti-cheat framework encompassing these four key strategies:
1. Enhanced endpoint protection: Encrypted user-end code/data to increase the level of protection against hacking, debugging, and tampering.
2. Cheating tool sample detection: ACE collects cheating tool samples, tests and analyzes them, identifies their characteristics, and enforces block penalties.
3. Replay automated analysis and manual review: ACE analyzes replay data, restores in-game scenes and operation, uses deep learning models for intelligent analysis, identifies suspicious cheating users for manual review, detects cheating users, and enforces bans.
4. DMA unauthorized equipment specialized testing: ACE collects DMA-related device information, tests and analyzes device characteristics, builds an unauthorized device library, evaluates user gaming behavior and replay data, identifies cheating users, and applies block penalties.
In the upcoming versions, we will continue to refine our plans and add new features to enhance the experience and improve the gaming environment:
1. New feature: Kill-Cam.
2. ACE's memory encryption solution will protect game memory data from DMA cheating tools.
3. Machine blocking function for blocking malicious users' equipment.
Q3: About Monetization Systems
There has been quite a bit of discussion among the community about whether "ABI's business model will be Pay-to-Win (P2W)".
ABI operates on a Free-to-Play (F2P) model, aiming to keep the doors wide open for all players. Our in-game purchases focus on offering convenience and personalized customization, steering clear of a Pay-to-Win approach. Whether you pay for it or not, being part of our player base is a big nod of approval to us, and we're truly grateful for it.
In ABI, the balance of combat, the sharpness of your wits, and the importance of your operations truly matter, and these cannot be bought or influenced by payment. Koens, Weapon, Gear, Medical supplies, and other combat essentials are not restricted to those who pay—you can obtain them by trading, looting, taking down enemies, and completing missions.
ABI represents the first PC product from Morefun Studios in many years, after over three years in development. We are expecting great things with this game and are fully committed to it—listening to your feedback, considering every detail, implementing changes, and growing with each step. Your voice matters to us, and we are eternally grateful to all who have joined us in playing our game and being part of our community.
See you in the Dark Zone soon,
Arena Breakout: Infinite Team
