Okay, pay attention. Ubis**t really bungled this one. There is no clear way to claim it that works for everyone. Some people have no problem with whatever they try first, some people (myself included) still can't get it. Try the web page, try their Connect client, try a different browser... who knows? There are some suggestions in the discussion thread (don't post any here) that might help. Perhaps in a couple more days, everything will work but until then if you can't get it, don't worry, it's not just you. Walk away and come back later.
