You need an Alienware Arena account, and each Key costs you a few of your account (APR) points. To get points, you have to do things like posting on their forum and logging in each day... if I remember, there are lots of ways you can get points easily but I don't remember them.
Region restrictions apply and the keys will be gone very quickly, one of them is almost out of keys already, and it's only been live for under an hour!
