After more than six months of stealth development, a super duper secret alpha, and a ton of broken sentry guns, TFCL is back and ready for public testing! TFCL is a North American competitive 6v6 league. Registration for TFCL's Alpha Season 2 opened on May 21st and runs through June 17th!

Overview

Patch 0.4.4.0 brings several magnifier alignment fixes, polishes various animations, and addresses a few high-priority community-reported bugs. The most notable fixes include a window where players could get stuck while working on the “Street Spotter” task and a glitch that allowed players to vault into the operations room in Fort Narith. The Horse Run Monthly is a monthly event series for Team Fortress 2 that features the competitive 6s format and boasts two simultaneous brackets. Chaos Refined, Carnage Redefined

This week’s update is all about controlled chaos. Tuning weapons for precision, flipping the switch on full-blown gameshow madness, and suiting up in some of our most stylish sets yet.

Gameplay-wise, we’re making targeted balance changes to two of the Arena’s most talked-about weapons. The CB-01 Repeater gets a boost to its environmental damage, making it far better at dealing with deployables and ziplines, while the Minigun receives a notable accuracy upgrade when focus-firing. We’re not touching the spin-up mechanic just yet, but it’s something we’re actively evaluating as the season progresses.

Today we are making our V1.2 Crossplay patch available to every platform.
Players on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC can now enjoy cross-platform gameplay.

Please note: The Xbox and Microsoft PC Store versions are taking a little longer than expected to pass certification. We don’t expect any issues and hope to release them as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding—we’re excited for everyone to jump into the update soon!

For cross-platform games to show in the server browser:

• Fixed Force Staff's tooltip description ending with 2 periods.
  
• Fixed sprays from events which have ended not properly rendering.
  
• Fixed various client and server crashes.
  
• Fixed Watcher colors not matching their team under some circumstances.
  
• Enabled Kez's Sai abilities in Ability Draft. The draft screen will show a random combination of Kez's Katana and Sai abilities.
  
• Crownfall: Heroes whose reward tokens associated with meta-progression upgrades now show up under the Crownfall Act IV filter in the Hero pick screen...
